Qualification Study Requirements

• Academic Qualification Document

It shall include the date of issuance, the date of graduation, the title of the certificate, and the specialization.

• Academic Record

It shall indicate program details and duration.

• Research Abstract

For the qualification to be studied, if any

• Program Specification

Issued by the authority that issued the qualification

• Practical Training or Internship Certificate

It shall indicate the details of the training, the date of joining the training, and the date of completion.

• Certificate of Completion for Professional Certificates Training

It shall indicate the details of the program, such as the duration, the date of joining the training, and the date of completion. (This requirement is for physicians, dentists, applied medical sciences, and pharmacists)

• • Additional documents supporting the professional and academic content of the qualification to be studied.
